Hello!

My name is Kiera Lanni and I am a Monmouth University graduate from Brick, New Jersey. I hold a B.A. in Communication with a concentration in journalism. I also studied photography. I currently work as a photo editor for a product photography company. I also have a digital marketing certificate from NJIT, and specialize in content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
Previously, I was the style team leader for Target store 1153. I established consistent routines and lead the team to ensure departments are zoned, in-stock, merchandised, signed and labeled appropriately, as well as train, develop, delegate to and motivate team members to ensure optimal product knowledge and the highest level of guest service. I was also the visual merchandiser for the store before being promoted to team lead.
Back in college, I worked at the college's newspaper, The Outlook. I was the photo editor and the editor of the "leisure page" as well. Additionally, I worked at Monmouth's Music and Theatre department as an office assistant and at the box office. For my office assistant job, I assisted the chair of the department with pretty much anything. I made posters, fact sheets, and ran errands.
I have interned with photographer Danny Sanchez in Red Bank. I got to learn to ins-and-outs of the photography business while working on my own skills. I now work parttime at his studio as an assistant.
I want to travel, meet new people, and tell their stories. I want to show the world things they might overlook. I want to be able to do my part to make the world a better place. If I can do that with a photo I take or a story I write, I find that to be a wonderful thing. Overall, my goal in life is to make a difference.
